Super Party Sunday

and so the Birthday celebration continues.....

Saffron got to celebrate her Birthday with her preschool class on Thursday....

her parents at Chucke Cheese's on Friday...

and we continued the celebration into today, and joining us were both sets of Grandparents, and an extra special guest her Great Grandma Viola.  By the time all the party guests left, this is what my little 4yr old looked like.

Not sure who's more tired, her or her new baby doll.....

Let's go back in time, and fill in a few blanks...

Oh, did I forget to mention that my wonderful husband of mine surprised Saffron with a new bike??  Something she was not expecting, and was super excited to open it up!

 

and that's how Friday ended.....

and that brings us up to today....

the actual events that made my daughter soooooooooooo sleepy.....

Nothing like a little wrestling match to get the party started..

By this time, you can tell Saffrons' about had it opening up presents...

Saffron ran a mini triathlon around the yard,

which included a bike ride, and a water table....

then the princess passed out on the couch....

I can't wait till next years party, 

when she turns 5!

 

Happy 4th Birthday Saffron

I remember the day like it was yesterday.  The ride to the hospital, and all the events that lead up to the wee hours of the morning, where this little girl, Saffron Viola, came into the world.  Leaving for the hospital at 1:45am and driving in the pouring rain to get to the hospital.  Time seemed to fly by even faster after that.  My water broke at 2:50am and into the world she came at 3:43am.  Now 4yrs to that day, we have a beautiful young Princess living with us.  My little baby girl sure has grown up since that day.  She continues to amaze me more and more each day!  I love having her in my life, and look forward to all the years yet to come.

Forgotten

It has just come to my own attention that I have not posted on my Blog in almost a month.

Sigh...........

So many things have happened in the past few weeks, I can't even recall if I took all that many pictures of the kids.

Well, so it goes.....a few (or more) random pictures taken over the past few weeks...

 Saffron was quite the little helper this week, she's had some really late bedtimes.  This week we made Salsa, pickles, Spaghetti Sauce, and tomorrow we'll make plain tomato sauce.  So nice to fill our canning shelves again!

Been a very busy few months for the family....and more busy time to come....

Saffron believe it or not will turn 4, YES 4 years old on Aug 30st.  Wow where has the time gone....and to think in Jan (yes I know that's far away), but Sebastian will turn 2!!  Time really seems to fly by so fast these days.  I have been keeping myself very busy at the Deli working 5 days.  We're moving the business into Oregon, WI and so far things are moving along with that.  I enjoy my job there very much, and I love all the people I get to meet along the way.  Between work, the kids, and our gardening we've all been busy.  I hope to be able to post a little more often that I have been.  Hope you all are well!
