I know hair is only hair, and it will grow back....
same reason I don't want my hair cut, I really like it long,
But with Saffron, it was getting to the point where she does not like me washing it, brushing it, or putting it up out of her eyes. Our dear friend Catherine has been so kind to us over the years in making house calls to cut her hair, and was able to come on this rainy day to cut it once again. I took lots of before and after pictures. I guess I was so afraid she'd loose all the little curls she has, but now that's it's really short, it seems even curlier!
"I don't know mom.....you think you can handle it?"

Never realized how long her hair really was
Some days her hair was just like her Rapunzel doll.
"No turning back mom, here it goes....."
Saffron sat pretty still for most of the cut, then she got antsy
Little Saffie curls....
"No Catherine....you have cut enough...."
"Something tells me my hair is really, really, really short!"
"Hey it's Curly Top!"
As always, Catherine does such a wonderful job when she cuts Saffie's hair
Saffron convinced Catherine to have lunch with her
"I could snuggle with you all day...."

The short cut really looks cute on her, and she hardly lost any curl at all
"Hey ma, can I go next??"
"Hey mom, I think it's your turn next!!!"
